Great set of bands. I started with Medium and Heavy, and now I only use the Very Heavy band for P90X. Works great for me. Then again, I weigh 115 pounds, so if you’re hulking with muscle, you may want to reconsider. The bag is a nice touch to keep all the bands together.

I bought these bands for the P90X program. They were working great, until the medium band broke two days ago. I got on the Agile Fitness website and asked how I could buy a single replacement band instead of the whole four pack. Yesterday, I got a message from their customer service representative that they would just send me a replacement. Overall, a great product and excellent customer care. Thank you Agile!!

Great Price, Great Product, and Good shipping turnaround. One of my bands tore during the first week of use, so I contacted Agile Fitness. Agile shipped me a replacement, no questions asked. Initially I was bummed about the band breaking experience but Agile’s great customer service put me at ease. Bands are all working flawless 2 months into P90X daily abuse.

Good cables for lite exercise. I was using this cables for the P90X program but I had to use the heavy and super heavy so the rest of them I sold to friends of mine but otherwise works well, maybe for pilates or some other form of light exercise.

Bands are good quality and craftsmanship, no complaints.
the only major downfall is the bands are individually labeled — without these labels you must put each band side by side to identify them as they are all the same color.
one final thing that is NOT included is a hook or mount for these bands to do raised exercises off of. not a huge deal but i thought it was included!
